Phoenix-based MRM Construction Services is expanding its team of skilled construction professionals with the addition of David Simon.
In his position as pre-construction services manager, Mr. Simon will play a key role in the firm's pre-construction services and expanding business development efforts.
With 13 years of experience in the construction industry, Mr. Simon will be responsible for project management, budget and schedule development, contracting, subcontractor & client coordination, and proposal development. He will also coordinate with the field operations manager to ensure a seamless transition from project inception to client turnover.
Mr. Simon's background includes experience working with the Department of the Air Force, Department of the Navy, United States Marine Corps, US Army Corps of Engineers, Arizona Department of Transportation, and Nevada Department of Transportation.
Prior to joining MRM Construction Services, he worked on the $1.2 Billion, 20 mile Valley Metro Rail starter line in Phoenix, Arizona providing construction administration services and contract compliance oversight.
